With, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to the requirements of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Conformance to these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures we take

  • Accessibility is part of our internal review process for new features.
  • Automated linting and testing tools check our code for common accessibility issues.
  • Interactive elements include keyboard support and ARIA labels.
  • Forms include labels and error messaging that work with screen readers.
  • Color contrast is reviewed against WCAG AA thresholds for body text.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to address the following:

  • Live video sessions do not currently provide real-time captions within the video stream itself; transcription is available as a separate post-session artifact.
  • Some third-party embedded content (e.g. payment checkout) is governed by our payment provider's accessibility practices.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

With is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
  • Keyboard-only navigation across all primary user flows.
